MATRIX ANIMATION
A matrix system is developed for digital markmaking that uses a systematic and limited palette of modeling and texturing techniques. It allows for me to invent my own language rather than allow the software to impose the tools and methods of imaging.
THE MATRIX
The annotated matrix is set up in a way that shows the progression of changes that have been made. The parameters of the matrix are constrained by a fixed constant that remains consistent and a variableaffects the simulation differently each time. Row 2 is animated below.
